Chicago Minimum Wage & Paid Sick Leave Poster All employers with employees working within Chicago city limits must post in a conspicuous place at the employer's facility the official Minimum Wage & Paid Sick Leave Ordinance notice of rights. The Chicago Minimum Wage Ordinance, Section 1-24-010, et seq., establishes a series of annual minimum wage rate increases effective each July 1, until July 1, 2021, when the minimum wage rate will be indexed to inflation as measured by the Consumer Price Index.
